Discussion on Effectiveness of the Participation by employees in Uswatte
currently Uswatte profits and products are in bit of down turn as result of past crisis and current situation in the country, so as a company to stand against this we must be prepare for any situation so for that we need good and effective work force and people who think out of the box for that we need to seek good employees who are capable for any task currently Uswatte's HR department doesn't function effectively due to lack of resources and some professional issues with the new Authority. so we need to find an effective way to recruit our workforce force and motivate our current staff also....
Exactly, as with the details obtained it is clear that employment branding is mandatory for people to come into a state of working at Uswatte. Many people went away from the organization in a dissatisfied manner during the period of crisis. to make this more stabilize and to enforce with a higher competence and skilled level of employees, we need to go make current workforce engaged as a team and that higher reputation for outsiders to come in and work for Uswatte
On the other hand we organize a workshop for the Uswatte employees to present and discuss what we know about the factors influencing worker participation in Occupational Health and Safety, how effective different forms of worker participation are and how to measure the effectiveness. This will lead to identification of future research needs and ways to transfer of knowledge to practitioners. The participants’ experiences/research the discussion will focus for prospect of Uswatte employee participation under different contextual factors such as: legislation; inspection and enforcement; senior managers' commitment to manage work environment risks; employee representatives’ rights and support; trade union presence; employees’ attitude towards the work environment and worker participation. These discussions will also address what defines effective worker participation in Uswatte Company; the effectiveness of different forms of worker participation and how worker participation can be more effective This workshop will be concluded by summing up how the knowledge about effective worker participation can be transferred to practitioners, the need for further research and how we can contribute this research for overcome the issues in Uswatte.
Lovely !!!! basically the researches conducted on it affirmed us, that the requirement of the company is to deliver a higher level of satisfaction and engagement towards each and every work is of mandatory and that its is lackadaisical currently. CEO and I just had a conference call on the layout how would it be to shape our brand to the community and to increase the level of engagement. And came to agreement to display following in the layout of the website : 1. company history with management 2. Uswatte's product portfolio 3. Research and solutions 4. Careers (compromising benefits offered if joined with us, and for the prevailing employees) 5. Training and Dvelopment and Performance Evaluation of current employees which falls under more 6. I think those part that you display on our web site layout is help for anyone to take clear image of our company and products. customers have their own confidence to buy any products with out any doubts because of those informations. i would like to propose that it is so good if we display our vision,mission and goals also. then every one knows that how we work for our future. likewise let's share our ideas to have a fulfilled website for our company.
